Refund Policy

Our default refund rule is simple: payments to Lead Magic Corporation are final unless the law or a signed written agreement says otherwise.

Last updated: May 7, 2026

All sales are final

LeadEnrich is operated by Lead Magic Corporation. Except where required by law or expressly stated in a signed written agreement with Lead Magic Corporation, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies to subscriptions, renewals, credit purchases, usage charges, add-ons, campaign preparation, data enrichment, exports, and any other paid feature or service.

No partial refunds or credits

We do not provide refunds, prorated refunds, credits, offsets, or chargeback reimbursement for unused time, unused credits, partial billing periods, downgrades, cancellations after renewal, abandoned accounts, mistaken purchases, duplicate workspaces, data quality complaints, campaign performance, recipient response, deliverability, or customer-side compliance decisions.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals where applicable, but it does not reverse charges already incurred and does not create a refund for the current billing period.

Usage and credits

Credits and usage-based features may be consumed when a request is submitted, processed, queued, enriched, exported, generated, or otherwise acted on by the service or its vendors.

Consumed credits and incurred usage charges are not refundable, even if a result is incomplete, unavailable, duplicated, stale, incorrect, not useful for your campaign, or not legally appropriate for your chosen outreach method.

Billing errors

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly with the account email, workspace, invoice or receipt, and a short explanation. We may investigate and correct confirmed billing errors.

Any refund or account credit we choose to provide is at Lead Magic Corporation's sole discretion and does not waive this policy or require us to provide the same accommodation again.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend or restrict access to the service, exports, credits, campaigns, and workspaces while the dispute is pending.

You remain responsible for lawful charges, collection costs, dispute fees, and any amounts owed under the Terms of Service.
