What we collect

LeadEnrich is operated by Lead Magic Corporation. We collect account information you provide, such as name, email, organization details, billing status, support messages, and product settings.

When you upload or enrich lists, we may process property, owner, business, contact, and campaign data that you or your workspace provides. We also collect product usage, device, log, and security data needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide enrichment, list cleanup, campaign creation, billing, authentication, security, support, analytics, and product improvement.

We do not use LeadEnrich as a consumer reporting agency and the service is not designed for credit, employment, tenant screening, insurance underwriting, or other FCRA-regulated eligibility decisions.

Marketing, outreach, and compliance

Customers are responsible for making sure their campaigns, calls, emails, texts, and mailers comply with applicable laws, platform rules, registry requirements, and consent obligations.

LeadEnrich provides data and workflow tools, but it does not decide whether a specific recipient can be contacted. You should suppress opt-outs, honor do-not-contact requests, and use the product only for lawful business purposes.

Sharing and service providers

We share information with vendors that help us run the service, such as hosting, authentication, payment processing, analytics, observability, enrichment infrastructure, email delivery, and customer support.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent abuse, or as part of a corporate transaction. We do not sell customer workspace data as a standalone product.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security records.

We may retain records where needed to defend legal claims, investigate abuse, enforce our Terms, prevent fraud, collect amounts owed, comply with law, and maintain internal audit and security records. We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for a business software product, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, deletion, marketing opt-out, or do-not-sell/share review through the privacy request form. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request.

Some information may be retained where needed for security, legal compliance, billing, dispute resolution, or internal records.
